*Terms & Important Information Regarding Sessions & Memberships*

A valid credit card must be kept on file for all clients.

Please be aware that class packages do expire

• 1 and 5 Class Packs Expires 30 days from purchase

• 10 classes (60 days)

• 20 classes (180 days)

• 50 classes (365 days)

Contracts: For each contract, you are charged monthly. Please be aware that all contracts auto-renew. To stop the auto-renewal of your contract please contact the studio at least 14 days prior to your auto-renewal date. This date can be found under your account details..

Cancellation Policy:

• To not be penalized for a cancellation of a reservation, you must cancel your reservation 8 hours before your class begins. You can cancel your reservation by

• Log into your account and click into your schedule, then click cancel next to the class that you wish to cancel. No phone or email cancellations will be accepted

• Late cancel: If you cancel your class within 8 hours of the class beginning you will be charged $10 or lose the class associated with an a’la carte package.

• No Show: If you cancel your class within 2 hour of the class beginning or if you do not cancel and do not show, you will be charged $20.

Waitlist Cancellations:

If you are on the waitlist within the 8-hour window and are put into the class but cannot make it, you will also be charged a late fee of $10. We recommend you check your waitlist status regularly to ensure you remove yourself from the waitlist when you are not flexible for that time window.

Our classes are very limited, and we must adhere to our cancellation policy; there will be no exceptions.
